シナリオ

従業員ディレクトリと組織ブラウザ機能は、従業員の名前、場所、部門、役職、およびレイアウトでカスタマイズできる追加のフィールドを表示します。詳細については、記事64705 EmployeeDirectoryの使用および64706OrgBrowserの使用を参照してください。

会社には、従業員ディレクトリおよび組織ブラウザに表示されるべきではない会社の実際の従業員ではない従業員レコードがある場合があります。これらの従業員を除外するには、ユーザーは従業員レコードの従業員タイプフィールドを使用してそれらを識別する必要があります。次に、従業員ディレクトリと組織ブラウザに使用される保存検索を変更して、これらのレコードを除外する必要があります。



解決策

  1. 非労働者カテゴリの従業員の種類を作成します。 SuiteAnswersの記事7674 従業員関連リストの設定を参照して、非従業員の種類が設定されていることを確認するか、必要に応じて設定してください。
    1. 設定>会計>従業員関連リストに移動
    2. レコードの種類:従業員の種類をクリック
    3. 従業員の種類新規作成をクリック
    4. 名前:名前を入力
      例:非労働者
    5. カテゴリ:非労働者を選択
    6. 保存をクリック
  2. 非労働者従業員の種類を従業員レコードに割り当てます。
    1. リスト>従業員>従業員に移動
    2. 従業員レコード:編集をクリック
    3. 人事をクリック
    4. 種類:非労働者を選択
    5. 保存をクリック
  3. 従業員ディレクトリ(デフォルト)の保存検索を編集して、従業員レコードで割り当てられた従業員の種類を持つ従業員を除外します。
    1. リスト>検索>保存検索に移動
    2. 従業員ディレクトリ(デフォルト):編集をクリック
    3. 条件をクリック
    4. および/または終了/リリース日の列が空の行:およびを選択
    5. OKをクリック
    6. フィルタ:従業員の種類を選択
    7. 従業員の種類:いずれも選択しない
    8. 非労働者を選択
    9. 設定をクリック
    10. 名前を付けて保存をクリック
  4. 従業員ディレクトリと組織ブラウザの設定で保存検索を更新します。
    1. 設定>従業員ディレクトリ/組織ブラウザ>プリファレンスに移動
    2. 保存検索:手順2で作成した保存検索を選択
    3. 保存をクリック
