仕入先保存検索で仕入先レコードの財務タブに設定された税金コードを表示したい。これは、保存検索でも定義されている仕入先リストビューをカスタマイズする場合にも当てはまります。
解決策
別の解決策として、税金コードのカスタムエンティティフィールドを作成し、それを仕入先レコードに割り当てることができます。次に、仕入先の特定の税金コードを更新するか、CSV経由でインポートすることができます。最終的に、仕入先保存検索でこのカスタムフィールドを使用するか、仕入先リストのビューをカスタマイズしてこのフィールドも表示できます。
- カスタマイゼーション> リスト、レコードおよびフィールド> エンティティフィールド> 新規作成に移動
- ラベルを入力 = 例:カスタム税金コード
- 種類フィールド = リスト/レコードを選択
- リスト/レコードフィールド = 税金コードを選択
- 値を保存のチェックボックス = チェック済みとしてマーク(True)
- 次に適用タブ> ベンダーボックスをオンにして、ベンダーレコードに適用できるようにする
- 表示タブ> フィールドサブタブに移動し、財務を選択
- カスタムエンティティフィールドを保存
注：この機能は現在、機能改善リクエスト#217714 「リスト>関係>仕入先>検索> 条件タブと結果タブで税金コードフィールドを使用できるようにする」でリストされています。
