経費精算書の「承認」ボタンは、経理承認権限を持つ管理者ロールまたは非管理者ロールのユーザーには使用できません。 その理由は、勘定科目表に複数の買掛金タイプの勘定が含まれている事が考えられます。
解決策
- 承認権限を持つ管理者ロールまたは非管理者ロールを使用してNetsuiteにログインし、保留中の経費清算書を承認する
- リスト> 会計> 勘定科目へ
- 種類のヘッダーをクリックして、勘定科目表をソートする
注:複数の買掛金種類の勘定科目に注意してください - トランザクション> 従業員> 経費清算書を入力> リストへ
- 会計承認ステータスが保留中の経費レポートの横にある「編集」リンクをクリックする
- 「会計承認」チェックボックスをオンにする
- 「勘定科目」フィールドで、払い戻し可能な費用を請求する適切な勘定科目を選択する
- 「保存」をクリックする
