NetSuiteでは、依存レコード(トランザクションとアイテム)を含む場所レコードの削除が許可されていません。この場所を削除すると、通知メッセージが表示されます:「依存レコードがあるため、このレコードは削除できません」
エラーメッセージのある画面に転送された依存レコードのリンクを確認すると
エラー:「予期しないエラーが発生しました。ここをクリックしてサポートに通知し、連絡先情報を提供してください。」と表示されます。
解決策
ユーザーは、依存レコードを検索するために保存検索を作成します。トランザクション保存検索とアイテム保存検索を行う必要があります。
トランザクションの保存検索を作成する
- リスト> 検索> 保存検索> 新規作成に移動します
- トランザクションを選択します
- 検索タイトルを設定します
- 条件タブをクリックします
- 標準サブタブをクリックします
- 場所を追加します
- 結果タブをクリックします
- 列サブタブをクリックします
- 場所を追加します
- 保存&実行をクリックします
アイテムの保存検索を作成する
- リスト> 検索> 保存検索> 新規作成に移動します
- アイテムを選択します
- 検索タイトルを設定します
- 条件タブをクリックします
- 標準サブタブをクリックします
- 場所を追加します
- 結果タブをクリックします
