解決策
調査結果:
- NetSuiteは、スクリプトエラーが発生するたびに電子メール通知を送信します
- バンドル内のスクリプトごとに、電子メールアラートを受信するユーザーに関する通知設定が設定されます
- 上記のスクリプトの例:
- カスタマイゼーション> スクリプト> スクリプトに移動します
- バンドルの設定:国際税レポートのバンドルID
- 税トランザクションフィールドUEの表示をクリックします
- 未処理のエラータブに移動します
- 現在のユーザーに通知がオンになっていることを確認する
- エラーが発生したトランザクションを変更または作成したユーザーが、電子メールを受信するユーザーになります
