シナリオ

「前回の照合残高」フィールドに正しい値を表示できるように、ユーザーはダミーの照合を実行して、古いシステムの最後の照合残高を入力したい。



解決策

  1. 「トランザクション」>「銀行」>「勘定取引明細書を照合」に移動します
  2. 銀行口座を選択します
  3. 最初の照合取引明細書日付より前の取引明細書終了日をNetSuiteに入力します
  4. 期末取引明細書残高を、Netsuiteでの最初の突合せの最終突合残高として表示する金額に設定します。
  5. 保存をクリックします。差異の警告がポップアップ表示され、OKをクリックします

「勘定取引明細書を照合」ページに戻ります。「取引明細書終了日」を最初の突合せの日付に設定します。「最終照合残高」フィールドに、「最終取引明細書残高」フィールドに入力された金額が表示されるようになりました。
