トランザクションの顧客フィールドに設定されたすべての顧客に電子メールを送信アクションを介してカスタムワークフローによって送信される電子メールの受信から特定の顧客を除外したい。
解決するには、カスタムワークフローを変更して、電子メールを送信アクションに条件を追加し、注文書や請求書などのトランザクションレコードの顧客フィールドで目的の顧客が選択された場合にアクションの実行を防止する必要があります。
解決策
- カスタマイゼーション> ワークフロー> ワークフローに移動します
- カスタムワークフローで編集をクリックします
- 電子メールを送信アクションで状態をダブルクリックします
- 電子メールを送信をクリックします
条件:VisualBuilderを選択します
- 条件:アイコンを開くをクリックします
ワークフローの条件:
- フィールド:顧客を選択
- 比較の種類:いずれもないを選択
- 選択:目的の顧客を選択します
注:メールを受信しない顧客を選択してください。複数の顧客が選択される場合があります。 - 追加をリックします
