シナリオ

基本通貨を使用して発注書の合計を表示する必要があります。現在、ワークフローには、発注書リストビューに表示される金額を取得するためのフィールドはありません。カスタムフィールドを作成して、保存検索から発注書の合計金額を調達できます。



解決策

保存検索を作成する

  1. リスト> 検索> 保存検索> 新規作成に移動します
  2. トランザクションをクリックします
  3. 検索タイトル:タイトルを入力
    例:合計基本金額
  4. 条件をクリックします
  5. 標準をクリックします
  6. フィルターで:
    注:すべての必須フィールドについて、ドロップダウンメニューを使用して選択し、調整したら、必要に応じて追加をクリックします。
    種類を選択
    説明:発注書を選択します
  7. 結果をクリックします
  8. 列をクリックします
  9. フィールドで:
    注:すべての必須フィールドについて、ドロップダウンメニューを使用して選択し、調整したら、必要に応じて追加をクリックします。
    • 金額を選択
      • 概要の種類:最大を選択
  10. 利用可能なフィルターをクリックします
  11. フィルター:
    注:すべての必須フィールドについて、ドロップダウンメニューを使用して選択し、調整したら、必要に応じて追加をクリックします。
    • 内部IDを選択します
      • フィルター領域に表示:チェックマークを入力
  12. 保存をクリックします


カスタムトランザクションボデイフィールドの作成

  1. カスタマイゼーション> リスト、レコード、およびフィールド> トランザクションボデイフィールド> 新規作成に移動します
  2. ラベル:ラベルを入力
    例:合計換算額
  3. 種類:通貨を選択
  4. 値を保存:チェックマークを削除
  5. 次に適用をクリックします
    • 購入:チェックマークを入力
  6. 認証とデフォルトをクリックします
    • 検索:合計基本金額を選択します
    注:ラベルは、手順3の保存検索の作成で入力した検索タイトルによって異なる場合があります。
  7. 保存をクリックします
