トランザクション列にアイテム画像URLを表示する

トランザクションにクリックできる列を設定し、ラインアイテム画像を表示できるようにする。

解決策

カスタムアイテムフィールドを作成します。

  1. カスタマイズ > リスト、レコード、およびフィールド > アイテムフィールド > 新規作成を選択します。
  2. ラベルを指定する
  3. タイプを「ハイパーリンク」に設定
  4. 値を保存:ON
  5. 適用先 タブで、アイテムの種類を選択します (例: 在庫品)。
  6. 表示タブで[サブタブ]をメインに設定し、リンクテキスト欄を挿入する(例:画像を表示)。
  7. 保存をクリック


ファイルキャビネットに画像をアップロードする。

  1. ドキュメント > ファイル > ファイルキャビネット
  2. フォルダの選択/作成
  3. ファイルの追加をクリックし、画像をアップロードする
  4. アップロードされたファイルを編集し、そのURLをコピーします。


手順Ⅰのカスタムアイテムフィールドに画像URLを挿入する。

  1. アイテムの編集
  2. ステップIで作成したカスタムアイテムフィールドを探し、ステップIIでコピーしたURLを貼り付けます。
  3. 保存をクリックします。 注:一括更新やCSVインポートは、複数の項目に対して行うことができます。


カスタムトランザクションラインフィールドを作成します。

  1. カスタマイズ > リスト、レコード、フィールド > トランザクションラインフィールド > 新規作成 を選択します。
  2. ラベルを指定する
  3. タイプをハイパーリンクに設定
  4. 値を保存チェックボックス:ON
  5. 適用先タブ:トランザクションの種類 (例: Sales Item) をマークします。
  6. 表示タブで、リンクテキストを挿入します(例:ここをクリック)。
  7. ソーシング&フィルタリングで、設定します。
  • ソースリスト = アイテム
  • 送信元=ステップIの項目フィールド
  • 保存をクリックします。
