スイートレットで作成された注文書と外部ウェブサイトからの注文書に基づいて、スイートレットと定期スクリプトによってユーザーが注文書を作成しています。注文書が作成されると、tranidの値が空になります。注文書はまだ作成されていますが、値が空であるため、追跡するのが困難です。
解決策
自動生成される数値で上書きするオプションがONにされていることが、この動作の原因です。スクリプトがトランザクションをロードし、それが送信される前に、同じIDでいくつかの並列トランザクションが保存されると、フィールドはクリアされ保存されます。この動作は、idが最初にチェックされるUIでは排除されます。
この状況を回避するためには、設定> 会社> 自動生成番号> ドキュメント番号で、上書きを許可チェックボックスを無効にしてください。
