解決策
修正するには、次の手順を実行します。
- カスタマイゼーション>スクリプト>スクリプトレコードに移動
- 適用するトランザクションまたはエンティティレコード(顧客、仕入先など)を編集
- ワークフローサブタブへ移動
- 電子メールを送信アクションを含むすべてのワークフロー状態を確認
- 影響を受けているアクションのパラメータサブタブに移動
- リスト>従業員>従業員に移動して、送信者および受信者の従業員レコードを確認します。
- 影響を受ける従業員レコードを編集
- 従業員レコードの電子メールを入力します
- 保存をクリック
