シナリオ

この記事では、注文書レコードの追加リクエストによって標準フィールド場所が設定されない方法と理由について説明します。また、特徴のない設定を解除した後の設定方法についても説明します。

解決策

OneWorldアカウントを使用する場合、Webサービス設定で設定された一部のフィールドのデフォルト値が追加時に条件デフォルトを使用することでそれらの値を設定しようとしたときに要求と競合するため、場所は設定されません。


例としては、追加リクエストを介して新しいレコードを作成する際の、子会社やエンティティなどの他の関連フィールドを使用した場所のソーシングがあります。ユーザーが子会社またはエンティティのいずれかに新しい値を設定すると、場所が入力されます。場所を設定したとしても、リクエストが後に子会社を設定した場合、場所も2回ソースされます。最初の値が2番目の値で上書きされたため、競合が発生しました。


計算フィールドのデフォルトの動作は変更できないことに注意してください。関連するフィールドが変更されると、計算フィールドは常にリセットされます。


Webサービスリクエストを介して行われた設定が確実に実行されるようにするには、設定をオフにします。そうするには:
  1. 設定> 統合> SOAPWebサービス設定に移動します
  2. 追加時に条件デフォルトを使用のチェックを外します
  3. 保存します
バーション2009.2より前では、特定のWebサービス設定をリクエストレベルで設定できます。このアプローチを使用する場合、要求レベルの設定は、設定されている可能性のある全社的な設定を上書きします。ただし、これはサポートされなくなりました(SuiteAnswers ID:40934、Request-LevelPreferences)。
