Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Textbook Shelf Tags
We still use physical shelf tags and have been using fairly kludgy methods to get something ready in time for classes, so I wanted to reach out see how other people print shelf tags out of NetSuite. Is there a function within NetSuite that creates shelf tags? If so, is it something custom? Is there a simple way to flag courses that have had a shelf tag printed, or vice versa, any courses that need shelf tags printed?
The only way I've been shown is through exporting an excel file and then working the file into something that can be imported through an adobe document merge, which is tedious to say the least. Are there custom reports that pull in all the data for multiple different child items and compile them together for a single tag? Most of my efforts are spent getting data for every child item adopted in a semester and then using formulas to pull matching ISBNs together to get new, used, and digital prices to display on the same physical tag.
