シナリオ
OneWorldアカウントでは、ユーザーのロールに対応するレコードの権限レベルが「完全」に設定されている場合でも、ユーザーはレコードを追加/編集できません。これは、Webサービスからレコードを追加/編集しようとしたときに、ユーザーがSOAPレスポンスで「不十分な権限」または「無効な権限」エラーを受信したWebサービス・ロールにも適用されます。
2つの発生するシナリオがあります。
解決策
A. ユーザーの子会社設定が違う可能性があります。
①設定>ユーザー/ロール>ロール管理へ移動します。
②対象カスタムロールを編集します。
③子会社の制限タブ>使用可能な子会社を設定します。
ノート: 「アクセス可能な子会社」を「選択済」に設定する場合は、右側の複数選択ボックスから正しい子会社を選択してください。「ユーザー子会社」を選択すると、ユーザーの従業員レコード内の子会社セットへのアクセスが提供されます。「子会社間レコードの表示を許可」では、「アクセス可能な子会社」が「すべて」に設定されていない場合、ユーザーは他の子会社のレコードを表示できます。
④保存します。
B. 従業員レコードのグローバル許可/権限が設定されました。
①リスト>従業員>従業員へ移動します。
②対象カスタムロールを編集します。
③アクセスタブをクリックします
④グローバル許可/権限をクリックします
水準レベル:従業員の必要なレベルによって設定してください
⑤保存します。
