SuiteAnalytics Connect NetSuite.comデータソースのサポート終了
NetSuite 2025.1リリースに伴い、NetSuite.com データソースのサポートは終了しました。旧バージョンのNetSuite.com データソースに関するバグ修正やパフォーマンス向上を求めるサポートリクエストには対応いたしません。ただし、データソースがダウンしている場合のみ、例外として対応いたします。NetSuite 2026.1より、旧バージョンのNetSuite.com データソースは利用できなくなります。
過去数年にわたり、SuiteAnalytics Connect から NetSuite.com データソースのサポート終了と削除に関する通知を複数回受信されています。中断を避けるため、できるだけ早く NetSuite2.com データソースに移行する必要があります。
注意：パートナーソリューションを通じて Connect を利用している場合は、NetSuite2.com データソースへの移行に必要な手続きを完了するために、プロバイダーにご連絡ください。
変更内容
旧バージョンのNetSuite.com データソースはサポート終了となり、データソースがダウンしている場合を除き、サポートされなくなります。NetSuite アカウントが 2026.1 にアップグレードされた後は、NetSuite.com データソースは利用できなくなり、NetSuite2.com データソースが SuiteAnalytics Connect ユーザーの唯一のデータソースとなります。
必要な措置
以下の手順に従って、NetSuite2.com データソースに移行してください：
- SQL クエリを SuiteQL クエリに変更します。NetSuite2.com データソースを使用して Connect サービスを利用する場合は、SuiteQL クエリを実行する必要があります。NetSuite.com データソースで機能していた SQL クエリは、NetSuite2.com データソースでは機能しません。
- SuiteAnalytics Connect を使用する際は、NetSuite2.com データソースを利用します。NetSuite2.com データソースにアクセスするには、Service Data Source 接続属性をNetSuite2.comに設定します。
- アカウントを確認し、NetSuite.com データソースを使用しているユーザーを特定し、NetSuite2.com データソースに移行する必要があることを通知します。NetSuite2.com で使用可能な ConnectLoginAudit レコードを使用して、この情報を取得できます。このレコードは、SuiteAnalytics Connect 管理者に Connect の使用状況に関する情報を提供します。これには、ユーザーのログイン試行、旧バージョンのドライバー、サードパーティ製アプリケーション、使用された Connect データソース、その他の詳細が含まれます。ConnectLoginAudit レコードデータにアクセスするには、ログイン監査証跡の表示のロール権限が必要です。レコードカタログには、ConnectLoginAudit レコードを通じて利用可能なフィールドが表示されます。詳細については、「レコードカタログの概要」(SuiteAnswers ID 94902) を参照してください。
