「Purchase to Project SuiteApp」のデフォルト発注書フォーム、およびクライアントスクリプトのデフォルトオーディエンスの変更
ご利用のNetSuiteアカウントに「Purchase to Project SuiteApp」がインストールされているため、この通知をお送りします。
変更点
「Purchase to Project SuiteApp」がバージョン1.0.6にアップグレードされると、以下の変更が適用されます：
- コンサルタントロールにおけるデフォルトの発注書フォームは、「カスタム発注書-プロジェクト」ではなくなります。
- P2P CS Purchase Order Recordスクリプトのデフォルトのオーディエンスは、「すべてのロール」に設定されます。
必要な対応
以下のステップを完了してください：
ステップ1: コンサルタントロールでは、発注書に使用するフォームとして「カスタム発注書-プロジェクト」を手動で選択することができます。このカスタム発注書フォームを使用すると、承認されたプロジェクトのベンダーとのトランザクションのみが可能となり、プロジェクトやプロジェクトのタスクに特化されます。
カスタム発注書を手動で選択するには
a. 「トランザクション」>「購入」>「発注書を入力」に移動する。
b. 「フォーム」フィールドで、「カスタム発注書-プロジェクト」を選択する。
c. 「保存」をクリックする。

ステップ2: 他のロールにて、「カスタム発注書-プロジェクト」フォームが発注書の優先フォームとして選択されている場合は、以下のいずれかを行う必要があります：
発注書に使用するフォームとして、手動でそれを選択する。
優先フォームとして再度選択する。優先フォームの設定に関する詳細は、NetSuiteヘルプセンターまたはSuiteAnswersの以下のトピックを参照してください: SuiteAnswers ID 10123「優先フォームの定義」
ステップ3：P2P CS Purchase Order RecordクライアントスクリプトとP2P UE Purchase Order Recordユーザーイベントスクリプトのオーディエンスリストが同じかどうかを確認してください。P2P UE Purchase Order Recordスクリプトに異なるオーディエンスリストを入力した場合は、P2P CS Purchase Order Recordスクリプトにも同じ変更が適用されていることを確認してください。スクリプトのオーディエンス設定に関する詳細は、NetSuiteヘルプセンターまたはSuiteAnswersの以下のトピックを参照してください：SuiteAnswers ID 10558「スクリプトのオーディエンスの定義」
