@User_FL4CK You can have a address for the different locations within a subsidiary. Do you need it to be available at the company level? The location level would handle that need from what I think you are asking.

@JavierEmilio When creating a new rule you should see state as an option. Go to setup>Sales>Sales Rule> New Rule. This will allow you to pick a field. You select State and the rule will allow you to create a sales rule based on state.

I want to add to that and also allows you to have multiple vendors with multiple purchase prices. You can set one default vendor that will be the default when creating a purchase order. We are working from the current inventory snapshot and want to add the item defined cost field to show the standard cost of the item. It does not appear on the inventory snapshot report.

I have not seen that issue with Avalara. I would think that it would be an item setup, permission issue or workflow issue. Its hard to know without looking.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with scripts. I do know that using the button is an action. Have you tried using a workflow to trigger the script pop up message? I wish I could be more help.

On the item record, it sounds like it was marked as a special order item. Did you verify that that the field is not selected on the item.

You are trying to make the message appear when they select the mark as packed button without editing the fulfillment correct? If that is the case, the message would not appear as it is "Trigger On: Before User Submit" which would require the user to be in edit mode I believe. I have always been told that pop up messages…

Try to change the style of the saved search to report this will remove the buttons on the left

Group approvers helps but it seems like it would not work the way i was wanting. I want the native NetSuite functionality of if there is no supervisor then use expense approver and accounting to approve the report.
