Hi, options that I think; close SO ( after invoice) and also check transaction "reallocate items" to verify stock committed, a report about back order sales always helps.

En su momento me paso lo mismo, al final lo que hice fue cambiar el nombre de las ubicaaciones de manera que las mas recurrente estuviese primero y las que menos se ocupan hacia abajo, con el tiempo los operarios se acostumbraron.
