you can easily add a custom field, possibly a dropdown to choose one or the other. You could also use a custom checkbox, ie retail, if box is checked. Either way you can then filter your reports on them easily.

As far as hold times being down, I waited at least 35 mins this morning until I was picked up...and that began @ 9:25 (EST)!
