Hi, May I know what you mean by "Is there a way to achieve this ? something like dissociate the fields from bundle but don't delete old fields data." Do you mean to say that the fields should not show on the records but they should not be deleted? Thank you, Joahnna

Hi, Kindly try using Classic Interface in order to navigate to Advance PDF/HTML Templates. This is not a permission issue as the page is accessible via Classic Interface. Click on Set Preferences. Under Appearance tab, enter checkmark on Use Classic Interface Let us know if this works 😊

Hi, It seems like it is not possible this way : "the email message record gets created at the same time when I use email.send()". As mentioned, After they are created and submitted, existing message records cannot be edited. Thank you for understanding, Joahnna

Hi, I have checked into this and it seems like it is not possible through customization. Might I suggest for the previously created workflow to set value to the mandatory fields. Use After Field Edit as trigger and the checkbox for the Triggering Client Have a great day!

Hi, It seems like you are using an Advanced PDF. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDf/HTML Template. Click Edit or Customize on the preferred PDF Template. You will see if what Address it is pulling. If it is pulling the company information, you should see something like this Hope this helps 😊
