Hi, Kindly try using Classic Interface in order to navigate to Advance PDF/HTML Templates. This is not a permission issue as the page is accessible via Classic Interface. Click on Set Preferences. Under Appearance tab, enter checkmark on Use Classic Interface Let us know if this works 😊

Hi, It seems like you are using an Advanced PDF. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDf/HTML Template. Click Edit or Customize on the preferred PDF Template.
