I misspoke somewhat. When I was drawing out data on credit memos, I needed line item level detail so was restricting my saved search to Main Line = False, in which case you get a NULL for Amount Remaining. The Amount Remaining field returns a null value for credit memos, but the Amount Paid field does show the amount applied. So subtracting that value from Amount (or adding it because the Amount field returns a negative number but the Amount Paid returns a positive number) would do the same thing as giving the Amount…

The role had access to all subs but it was the Customer permission on the List list at just View level that did the trick. Really appreciate that. Huber
