Per testing, this result requires summary type to filter the contacts against the customer record. The ability to do inline editing even if the Summary Type is set is filed under Enhancement #122968. To any member of the community who has a working alternate solution to this, please feel free to comment with your steps or…

Hi @KNason76, To confirm, you are trying to include the Customer ID in the email template and not in the PDF/HTML Template, is this correct? Also, please provide us with the step-by-step on how you added the field in the template. Thank you.

Hi Colleen, I tried filtering it using Formula (Text): Field name is empty and I got all the contacts with Gift checkbox = False. I hope this helps.

Congratulations, @Gaurav_NS! ✨

Hi @Melissa H, Apologies for the confusion, the mentioned above was for the trend graph. The headlines are not represented in a trend graph due to the compact format if shown in a narrow column. As for the headlines, you need to set the Highlight for the headline to work. Sample output: I hope this answers your question.

Hi @Melissa H, The screenshot you found in the SuiteAnswers are actually the Popup Trend Graphs. You need to click on the Trend Graph icon first in order for the Charts to show. The functionality you want is currently not available in NetSuite. Per checking, there was no related enhancement request submitted. You might…

To confirm, you navigate to Transaction > Sales > Sales Orders > List and click on the dropdown menu to view the custom view, correct? Can the user view the search in the saved search lists (List > Search > Saved Searches)? Get the URL of the actual search and have the user access it. Let us know if she was able to access…

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA, I agree with what @Gaurav_NS and @Ivan Griggs UK stated above. In addition, if you want this user to have access to the Item records, you can use the Global Permissions feature to assign permissions to employees. This is in Employee record > Global Permission.

That's brilliant, @Matrim! Let us @Vernita if this helps.

Hi @lilywu, Does deleting the browsing history and cache help to solve the issue?
-
Hi @Vernita I would like to check if this statement works on your end. Thank you.
-
Yes, the fields are sourced from the Transaction record. Please see the below screenshots. Transaction Saved Search result: And this is the Sames Team/Sales Reps from the Customer Record. I hope this answers your question.

Thank you, @Gaurav_NS. In the script, you can create a condition not to save the record if it reaches the limit of xxx number. However, we can not set a particular maximum limit on the autogenerated number. Per checking, there is no existing enhancement request related to this and I would suggest submitting one at…

Have you tried using a different browser and deleting the browser's history and cache?

Hi @lilywu How many minimum digits did you set in the auto-generated numbers under Vendor Return Authorization? In my sample below, it was set to 4. Sample output: If I change this to 2 and update, it will remove the first 2 digits in my auto-generated numbers. Sample output: Note: Use this option with caution. You may…

Hi @Paul L. Walker Adding the Sales Rep field in the Results tab will give you the Primary Sales Rep of the customer. Hi @Asher_123, Separate permission for Global and Saved Searches is logged under Enhancement # 415347. As a workaround, you can provide access to the saved search results by using Custom Search portlets on the Home Dashboard. However, the user will only be able to view the results of the Saved Search and access the records…
