It’s pulling information from the user’s record due to {user.department}. Since you're already using the record search which in this case is an employee saved search, you can directly use the fields available from that record. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.
-
Hi @Panadick Is this an Employee Saved Search? Are you trying to populate the Class, Department, and Location fields from the employees' records? If so, you can simply use those fields directly, and they should appear in the results.

Hi @BM136, If you grant the role access to the reports, the role/user will be able to run them. However, the data in the report will only populate if the user has access to the relevant records and fields.

Can you please confirm that this estimate is different from the estimate in the Created From field? So, the Estimate you want to include is in the Opportunity record > Sales tab > Estimates subtab, correct? I tried adding Applied To Transaction field in the Results tab, and here are the search results.

Yes, administrator roles have no restrictions.

That's great. I'm glad it solved the permission issue.

Thank you for clarifying. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi @User_4SQM6, The Total Open Opportunities Detail report is a pipeline analysis report, which is why some fields in the opportunity record cannot be added when you customize it. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.

Hi @User_LBS1G, I agree with @M.Lisa. Additionally, if you have the necessary permissions to create a customer record in your NetSuite account, you can follow the steps outlined in this SuiteAnswers article. If you don't have the required permissions, please reach out to your NetSuite administrator for assistance.

Hi User_WA9MO, Have you checked M. Lisa's solution? It's possible that the permissions are assigned within the employee record.
