We normally use <#list> when getting a sublist. What is the name of the form that is currently not showing the sublists? Please check your custom forms and navigate to Sublists > Related Records and check the Show checkboxes for the custom sublists.

You can create a duplicate copy of your FL Accountant (Controller) US Only-by location role and add access to the FineLine India ID Solutions subsidiary and assign this role only to Jessi. With this, you can only have one role setup for Jessi. I hope this answers your question. Regards,

Hi @Biomerics_Admin, Please check the following; Look for the Saved Searches for Open Work Orders and Open Sales Orders custom sublists and make sure that the new roles have access to it, or you can set it to public. New role must have access on both Work Order and Sales Order records. Thanks,
