Apologies for the confusion. Yes, that is correct. There is no workaround on this as the email message template under Set up Website only applies to orders generated from the NS web store. I also checked this internally and was advised that this is not possible through a workflow. The one suggested is just for a regular…

Hi @KNason76, The email message template under Set up Website only applies to orders generated from the NS web store. You can try to create a TEST Custom Transaction Form and set the Custom Template in Email Message Template field. Try to generate an invoice. I hope this will help.
