Maybe you can use a custom field to hold the amount and use it as your criteria. This way, even if the sales rep updates the transaction, the field won't change. Please feel free to update this thread and let us know if you have questions. Thank you.

Hi @Vajrala Madhu Reddy, In your Sales Order > go to Communication tab > User Notes subtab. If this field is not available, edit your default Sales Order form and make sure to check the "Show" checkbox for User Notes. I hope this helps.

Hi @Elina Kourouzidou, The ability to CC/BCC other Customers/Contacts (multiple Contacts of Customers) when replying to a case is logged under enhancement request #155329. As a workaround, click the 'Email' button on the case and add any additional entities as needed. I hope this helps.

Hi @User_9MVSV, How did you set the criteria for the promotion? It's possible that the prior sales order was edited during fulfillment, causing the promotion to reevaluate the criteria and determine that the customer was no longer eligible, thus removing the promotion.
