I see. For the accounts payable, have you edited the vendor role and set the accounts payable to None? You can also customize a Vendor Bill form. Hide the fields and set it as the preferred form for this role.

Hi Amjad, In your Custom Customer Center, make sure the Transaction records permission is granted for the user to be able to view these records.
