Hi @User_2CE7R The email address in the email message window pulls the information from Customer record > Preferences > Send Transactions Via Email. Coordinated this internally, and was advised that this is possible through workflow. You may use a set field value action to set the new email address. I hope this helps.

Hi @User_B48VS What is the base standard report that your custom report is built on? Does the user have permissions on the records and field values added in the custom report? Reports and saved searches won't show results if the user does not have permission on the record you are trying to view.
