Hi @User_RL007, NetSuite supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) for incoming and outgoing email messages. TLS support depends on the recipient email server. NetSuite attempts to deliver outgoing email in an encrypted form, but if the recipient email server does not support encryption, email is delivered in plain text…

Hi @Rizkygaus, I don't have an example script or workflow. However, this article, Return User Error Action, will be your reference and you can see examples of workflow actions and an overview.

Hi Paul, There's no need to enable the mail merge feature just for sending two pdf quotes in one email. You can still go to Communication > Messages > Email > Attachments tab and attach the files from there. I hope this answers your question.

Hi @Tim S Jaha, Apologies for the late reply. As per checking, sourcing the shipping address from the item fulfillment is filed under an enhancement request. I found two related enhancements in SuiteIdeas: 147244 MST > Fulfillment Emails > Please show Ship Via ( Shipping method ) on fulfillment emails, this will eliminate…

Hi @User_KNJKB, Navigate to your custom Vendor Center role and make sure that the Vendor Request For Quote is set to Full. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your insights, @Aby James. Hi @Maleeka, When a Saved Search is created by any User and then the Administrator marks the box called Run Unrestricted that is found in the Results tab of the search, none of the other Users except the Administrator will be able to edit the said search. This is the reason why you…

Hi @JohanvL You can check on this on the item record. Please take a screenshot of the field/s that you want to populate in the email. See example below. I would like to know if the "id" and "name" are on the same field or if it is displaying the item code. See example below. Thank you.

Hi @Coyote_John As per SuiteAnswers ID 8123, when you want to Publish Dashboards, the role in which you are currently logged in and your target role use the same Center Type such as Accounting Center to Accounting Center. And Classic Center to Classic Center. I hope this helps.

Hi @Janakan, You can use a Customer Saved Search and show the customers with no open opportunities. See the test I made below. 1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Select Customer 2. In Criteria tab > Standard subtab > Select Stage = is Customer 3. In Results tab > add the following fields Formula…

Hi @faisalabdulmoid_39498 Is this a custom field? Where and what record is it not showing? If you are trying to show the standard field in the form, make sure you select the correct form in the Custom Form field.

Hi User_FL4CK, There is no specific report or search where we can track all the activities of the administrators at once. However, you can run a search of each record (example: transactions, saved searches, reports, workflows, or scripts) to get the owner of these records. This is an alternative workaround for the…

Hi @srussell, Have you checked the Custom Role > Permissions > Transactions to see if there is a Credit Card permission in the list? Remove them if there are any. If none, I suggest customizing the form and removing the option to enter the new credit card field. Thank you.

Hi @ConfusedNetSuiteUser Attaching multiple files at once is logged under enhancement #116838. For workaround, you might want to check with your in-house dev to implement multiple file uploading via Suitelet.

Hi Vernita, If you give a View access level, the user will be able to see everything in the record. However, if you want to hide some details for a particular user or role, I would suggest customizing an employee form, hiding the fields, and making it the preferred form for Role B.
