Hi @tech work Your Custom Sales Center role must have Publish Dashboard permission. Once provisioned, login using the Sales Center role and go to Home > Settings > Click Publish Dashboard. I hope this works.

To do this, go to Reports > New Search > Issue > ensure that the Use Advanced Search box is not checked, and click Personalize Search.
