Hi @Vernita, Can you please confirm if the role you are using is Admin role? Also, can you please check if the Sales Order form is standard? If not, can you try using the standard Sales Order form? Also check if "commitment confirmed" column is unticked then save and try to process it again. Thank you!

Hi @Dext3r, I think it is best that you raise a support case for this instead so they can check on this closely and do further testing necessary as we have limited testing environment. They can best track what caused this concern, I am unfortunately unable to replicate this on my testing account.
