Thank you for the feedback, @"Martha Hakes". I'm happy that worked!
-
@"Martha Hakes", the mass delete tool is provided by Techfino at https://www.techfino.com/blog/netsuite-mass-delete-tool and works off of saved searches.
-
Yes, that's a lot of editing and deleting. I believe a script was created to automate this in the past. I'll follow up here if I find anything.
-
Unfortunately, this is not currently possible using inline editing or mass update. I found Enhancement 215440 : Demand Planning=T > Transactions > Demand Planning > Item Supply Plans. Be able to bulk/mass delete supply plan records using Inline Editing or Mass Delete feature.
-
@"Martha Hakes", if you restricted the form with disabled terms to the accounting role, you should still be able to select a different form with editable terms.
-
@"Chris Dobbins", I asked someone about this and was referred to SuiteAnswer 49984: Scenario Non Inventory Items > Generate Accruals = T > Item Receipt has no GL Impact Item settings at the time the Purchase Order line is created is the basis of whether accruals will be generated or not. Item receipt shows no GL Impact…

Yes, it seems to be a limitation of the fulfillment template preference. I'll check with the Web Team and follow up with any suggestions.
-
Thanks Paul. I think Advanced Solutions will be able to provide additional guidance on this and hopefully you can test in RP.
-
@"Central Scrutinizer", are you entering the order from the Transactions tab in the customer record and do you have any of the advanced shipping preferences enabled?
-
You can configure NetSuite to send an order fulfillment confirmation email message for orders placed over the phone or with sales reps. To send the order fulfillment email: * Go to Setup > Accounting > Preferences > Accounting Preferences (Administrator). * Click the Order Management subtab. * Under Fulfillment, check the…

Paul, the sequence field is editable and defines how a user would walk through the warehouse for put-away and picking paths. WMS uses core ERP cycle count but you don’t have to have WMS for cycle counting. I’m not sure if the sequence number is utilized by ERP when WMS is not installed. Do you have a sandbox that you can…
-
Paul, let me confirm and follow up.
-
Yes, it is an add-on to the native simple inventory management capabilities through multi-location inventory, bin tracking and cycle counting. WMS offers additional functionality such as mobile RF barcode scanning, strategy definition for put-away and picking, task management, returns authorization receipt and cycle count…

@"RickG", one option is using the Available Filters setting on the search to dynamically assign a value to a specific filter. For example, A Task Saved Search that Dynamically Changes Result based on Employee ID: Create a Task saved search and get its URL:1. Reports > Saved searches > All saved searches > New > Tasks.-…

Thank you for the feedback Paul. I think the response from SCM was specific to the WMS bundle, but Advanced Solutions will be able to clarify. Here are some related topics: The following features must be enabled before you can use NetSuite WMS:Multiple Units of MeasureMulti-Location InventoryAdvanced ShippingPick, Pack,…

@"PaulFleetwood", I ran this by the SCM Team and they suggested the following: With NS WMS the bin numbers include a sequence number. I believe the sequence number is part of the core record. The sequence number is what dictates how work is completed, not the actual bin number. You may want to look at the values configured…

@"arunreddy", please see my PM.
-
Hi Arun, I'll ask SDN internally and follow up here.
-
Hi @"arunreddy", it may take up to 10 business days for review and response, but you can also email them directly at sdn@netsuite.com.
-
Thank you for the feedback @"jjns". Unfortunately, some of the links and images did not migrate with the content due to differing url formats. The widget layout was updated and the search bar will be positioned at the top of each space within the NetSuite User Group for consistency. Search bar results can be filtered by…

Thank you @"Michal Hrncirik-Oracle"! A useful addition to pivots.

@"Chris Dobbins", ERP has confirmed there was no delay with the automatic tax rate update for the 2019.2 SuiteTax Engine – SuiteTax Data records 2.00.6 were updated on 27 September 2019.
-
Hi @"christine_1814", we recently moved all of the content from the old platform into Oracle Communities. Most of the topics can be found using the search bar and restricting your search results to the NetSuite User Group.
-
Hi @"Mac76598", this is a public developer forum, but feel free to register on the NetSuite User Group. Here's how to sign-up - .
-
Thank you for the update @"Chris Dobbins". I also confirmed tax auto-update functionality is part of the 2019.2 Enhancements to US Tax Engine. For information about installing the SuiteTax Engine and enabling the plug-in, see SuiteAnswer 85664.
-
@"DSeger", I believe sessions expire after 20 minutes, but the time-out period cannot be modified. We are tracking a similar request in Enhancement 405192 : Site Builder / SCA > Session Time Out > Ability to Set Session Time Out Period in the Web Store. SuiteAnswer 42036 provides details on Web Store Sessions.
-
@"Chris Dobbins", I confirmed the SuiteTax Engine that was recently released includes automatic tax rate updates. I'll try to confirm if the tax update was delayed.

I think the package dimensions tie into the shipping integration with UPS/Fedex, but according to SuiteAnswer 42000, you can define your own package dimensions: 1. Create Your Packaging preferences by navigating to Setup> Accounting>Shipping2. Under the Packages tab, add your own Packaging – Name, Length, Width, Height.3.…

@"hamshah", sandbox would be the suggested way to test with a Developer User Account in Fedex. SuiteAnswer 20231 provides the steps to integrate Fedex in sandbox: 1. Log in http://www.fedex.com/us/developer/index.html 2. Click on FedEx Web Services > Develop and Test > Sign Up Now or Log Inon the fedex.com Login…

Judging by a case that was filed for this in 2007, it appears that Require approvals on Journal entries was turned on for a while and then was turned off. The solution was to turn on the preference so that you can approve the journal entries. Then you can turn it off if that is your preference.
