The last status update was posted at 11:21 EST - A datacenter-wide incident in our NA East facility has resulted in a serious degradation in availability for customers local to that datacenter. Operations Engineers were notified of the issue by monitoring and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Are you just trying to a column to a form or creating a new transaction column field?

It looks like there were several intermittent issues for some customer accounts posted on the status page. You can click the Show More link to expand the posts and all have since been resolved.
