The root cause of the disruption was determined to be a problem in the network layer that resulted in a service disruption mostly affecting the SuiteCommerce services. Not sure, but this may be related to the feature under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Web Presence > Site Management Tools. Does setting this to True remove the error?
