Hi @Aew, Can you please let us know which role you have used to create this transaction? Also wanted to know whether you have mark can be fulfilled checkbox on item before creating the PO or later on.

HI @User_64PY4, this checkbox is there under Accounting Preferences > General. Please check if it is there in your instance.

Hi @User_64PY4, The possible reason for this is that the preference coming from Costing Preference, which is called Allow Inventory Transactions Dated Outside the Posting Period, is not enabled in the account.
