Telling us it is a power issue is even more disturbing! I put my businesses lifeline in your hands, how on earth do you not have redundancy in #1 the server and #2 the power??? Dominica Sevilla-Oracle I might have had understanding 4 hours ago. Now you have just crippled small businesses that rely on you and pay for this service. The lack of updates is absolutely ridiculous. Apologies don't fix this mistake by NetSuite and Oracle!

same here! as a newer customer to NetSuite this is unacceptable for this amount of down time! Just about an hour now.
