Thanks all! Angela, Will it work dynamically? I mean I need that this new field (checkbox) will react on every change, directly when its made. Another question- will it work if the fulfillment is not exist yet? (when the SO still didn't fulfilled).

Thank you all for your answers, I actually tried to do that with a WorkFlow but it didn't work. I created a field that uses a saved search to get the amount paid, after getting this value I created another field that takes this value. Both fields are not stored value, therefor the workflow doesn't work. Do you have other…

Thanks for your answer! I'll explain the use case: I want to: Create a sale order SO-0001 for inventory item. Fulfill it - mark as picked + packed. The state "mark shipped" under the fulfillment form will not be available unless the Invoice of sale order SO-0001 has been paid.

Hi all, thanks for your effort but problem remains.. The automatic process (pulling the statement files) works good but it I pull acknowledgment file before the process started, it download the statement file too (with the ack file) so that the automatic statement process corrupts.

HSBC folder- I use SFTP connection settings (Suiteapp: SFTP connector) where I set the host URL and keys etc. This folder is connected correctly but every type of file that is in that folder is being pulled without the option to filter it.
