Hello @Kedalene , We can't do give permission automatically to view the records we need to do manually for each and every transaction etc.

Hello @Chandanesh , Open employee record under Human resources subtab you have sales rep check box field please uncheck the check box. By that we can remove sales rep from the list.

Hello @Kedalene , Yes you can delete the journal entries but, if you delete JE's depreciation history records will be deleted.
