What should the options look like for the setCurrentSublistValue method? Specifcally, what should the 'value' field be set to to have the rate set to 5%?

Hi coffeguy, we can populate the values in a workflow probably but we have a online form in which we want the user to see and validate that a case is logged under his name. So when they click on the link from the support menu the online case form should be shown but these values. Thanks for the help!

That is exactly what we are already using. Our idea is however that we want to use a online case form where our employees can create easily and quickly the tickets for the helpdesk. That's why we are using that. Also because we are using custom centers instead of the standard employee center.

Hi Michelle, Thats too bad . Do you know a workaround to get the Company field as a select list in the online case form? That way at least a user can choose from a list. Or otherwise update it with a workflow? Tried that also but not able to do it untill now.

The value filled in in the company field is the value of the field 'ANONYMOUS CUSTOMER - ONLINE FORM ' set in the corresponding matched Case Profile.
