@JohnCirocco Thanks a lot for the tip on the printing, this does help, and using a sublist to show on the Transaction records seems like the best bet for now. We added this within the System Information tab on the transactions. For any other user benefit I've included a screenshot below of what this looks like:

I know this is an old post, but we looked into this ourselves, and were unable to find a solution using standard workflow. Our developer had to use a workflow action script which triggered the closure of the RMA as per the saved search results. I know this isn't much help - be interested if anyone has a better solution…
