If you want to see the login history with the role information, "Login Audit Trail" is available at Saved Search. You can go to Lists>Search>Saved Searches>New, where you can select "Login Audit Trail." On the other hand, if you want to see the history of customization of a role, you can use "System note" at Saved Search.
