Hi, The "audience" tab and the "access" tab checked for all employees and for all roles. but as I know that event if these permission added for all in the reports settngs (Audience and access), not all employees should see the results if the permission is not assigned in roles tab. right?

Hi, No acually, I didn't get needed information. We submitted a case to support and they are still invistigating. Seems that our account is hacked and thousnds of emails sent from the same user. We are not sure if there is any other emails will be sent.

Thank you Able Wilson But we are not sending these emails… all sent emails are not to emails in our system (customers, contacts or vendors). and most of emails are fake emails, we receive thousands of "Delivary failure" notifictions.

Hi, This issue occurd recently, it was working well before. I'd checke dthe boumced emails list and found that the employee email listed as bounced. I removed it from the list and hope that this works. but I have no idea for the reason of marking the email as bounced
