The answer is I didn't have the Class field visible on the Sales Order Form, so it didn't populate. Now that it's visible, it will populate automatically. I left it off because I didn't want people to change it to something wrong. I didn't realize it would be left blank.

I did find the inactive list. thanks. I removed the role associated with the account, just in case. I have no roles on that login now. Can I feel safe there's no way to access our account? Is there any escalation or netsuite follow-up to police these attempted logins?
