Hi User_L6WBE, Did you try removing cache and relogin to NetSuite. At times this could also be an issue. I would also suggest to try in different browser once and check if you run into similar issue. Assuming your role doesnt have any subsidiary restriction or employee restrictions.

Hi User_QUBD1, You are using the NetSuite native standard approval. If the approve button is not working, I would suggest raise a case with NetSuite support and could be potential defect. These defect happens on random transaction and not all typically during new release.

Hi User_QTAW4, NetSuite doesnt support approval on Credit Memo. However there are ways you can handle it. Restrict access to creation of credit memo to certains specific roles. You can set up approval process on return authorization and setup approval flow. Post approval, automatically create a credit memo.

Hi @Dext3r, is the suitelet link marked as AVAILABLE WITHOUT LOGIN. If yes, its a definite risk. If not, I dont think it would impact as users will not be able to login. Might also get redirected via SSO if your organization uses it.

Hi User_JKLFU, You dnt need to delete the transaction. Users should be able to see VOID button on approved Prepayment. By voiding you can reverse the accounting impact.

Hi User_0NHAV, While this is an interesting must have feature but alas its not suppported in NetSuite. You will have to write a script or workflow to restrict view or edit the record. However, even if you restrict the data can still be pulled in saved search which cannot be restricted.
