@Tigran Shahnazaryan, @Veronica Steluta Mincior-Oracle - That is not 100% true, I am referring to the Costed Bill of Material SuiteApp. Not the standard out of box feature, which ONLY looks at standard costed BOMS.

@Tris Mendoza-Oracle - This is happening with all assembly items. The cost being generated is the same regardless of the Date used for running the costing processes. The assembly items are Average costing with WIP costing.

@Patrick - I am able to create a manual PO fine with Centralized purchasing. The issue I have is when we use the following. That is where I am having the issue. The PO gets created but the header level Subsidiary is grayed out.

@John Robertson Sr. @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle - Late to the party here. The issue was during the billing of the SO, NS added the tax back to the ivoice thus casuing there to be an overage on the Gift Cetificate. The project I was on checked with their auditors and found a work around that included doing an adjustment.
