@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle thank you SOOOOOO much. I did have grouping on the saved search. But when I select the saved search I am not able to format. I want to have a bold message on the sales order that shows that the customer is on credit hold. Do you know a way to accomplish this?

Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle. Yes I have all context selected. I added execute as Admin and View/Update on the workflow. I it still is not working :(

Hi Chelsea Jacobs I do not recall if the workflow was created first. I am getting the information to populate on the item record but the data is not populating on the saved search. I am still working on it.

@Chelsea Jacobs Sorry for the late response. I set this up as instructed but I am not able to see the transaction saved search I created to pull into the item workflow. I do have filters on the search for internal id, but still do not see it in the list. Any ideas?

@Chelsea Jacobs Thank you for the information. So I would created another custom item record that is stored. How would I set up the workflow to set the field value? I am playing around in it but am not sure how to trigger it. Appreciate the help.

Hi Trixie Amora-Oracle. I cleared the cache and logged back in and still get the timed out. I have added screen shots of that along with the criteria and results that they have built in this report.

I was able to figure it out. Some of the accounting team had their preference set to HTML. If anyone else has this issue, make sure to check this. 1. Home > Set Preferences 2. Transaction tab 3. Transaction Email Attachment Format > click PDF 4. Click Save

Hi @Tris Mendoza-Oracle. Yes we have that box check and a handful of items will not appear on the report. I am not able to pinpoint why as we do not have an critiera excluding items. I have also opened a case on this but have not heard back
