Hello Jeff Pineda! When you pay the expense report, you can set the account on the bill payment itself that will offset A/P. You wouldn't need to manually create the journal entry anymore.

Hello Julian Veliz! On the Asset Record, you can set the Last Depreciation date of the asset. This way, next depreciation would only run after that.
