Hi @Gabriel Jarillo Soto, The standard behavior of NetSuite can not source the email address in a custom field. However, this is possible through a workflow. Please check SuiteAnswers Id: 42975. I hope this helps.

Hi @User_B1J9S, Per SuiteAnswer Id: 85450, the New User Request form is displayed when there are not enough licenses for new users on the account. Additionally, it holds true when editing existing employees who have access. Until the license seats are equal to the provisioned quantity, the system will not permit the…

Hi @DEntenman, Is there a location assigned to the employee record?

Hi @Estee, I'm afraid that there is no preference to disable the ability to change the actual close date in the opportunity. Creating a separate actual close date custom field that won't update is a possible workaround. I hope this answers your question.

Hi @Sonics, This is the standard behavior for NetSuite. When you create a transaction, contacts are automatically attached if the customer has multiple contacts associated with it. I'm afraid that we do not have a way to force a user to log out of NetSuite. Per testing, after setting the employee record to inactive and saving it, the user is automatically logged off. I hope this answers your question.

Hi @Vernita, This is currently being tracked as an Enhancement request #118280 Customer center role>ability to upload/download images to file cabinet from this role.
