thank you @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle for the quick response
-
thank you, @Tigran Shahnazaryan hopefully we can build off of this!
-
@Wee Ming @Able Wilson thank you! defaulting the same form in both roles with the permission Financial History provisoned did the job! Thanks again!
-
Hi @Divya Unnikrishnan i don't see a Purchasing tab altogether in the custom role. As an FYI, I do see the transactions tab in the admin role (under Financial tab), the same form is marked preferred for the custom role as well. However, I am unable to see historical transactions anywhere on the vendor record from the…

@Judith Culanding-Oracle thank you for your response. In that case, is it possible to edit this pop-up?

@Shiela Marie Villaluz-Oracle i wasn't talking about the Bill - the bill has a separate approval routing and payment will always be applied on the bill once the bill is approved. The approved bill status shows 'Paid in Full' when the payment is created against it, even if the payment is pending approval.
-
Thank you @Chelsea Jacobs for your response! @Shiela Marie Villaluz-Oracle i have validated that whether or not a Bill Payment is approved, the associated Bill shows 'Paid In Full' when a payment is applied to it (have checked this on 2 separate accounts). Can you please confirm by testing on your end? I have checked for…

@Wee Ming thank you very much for the findings! This is really helpful :) Would you know if there's a way to filter out RAs for which revenue has been recognized and no activity has taken place in the chosen date range? (i.e., Beginning balance non-zero but has no activity) I tried using the filter Total (Transaction) not…
-
@Wee Ming thank you for your response! I am also seeing Revenue Arrangements that has everything already recognized on this report. These RAs lie outside of the date range chosen on the report. No activity as such took place for these RAs/transactions as well in the specified date range.

thanks @Hormese Paul

@Hormese Paul were you able to find a workaround for this? other than custom billing schedule at line level that is. cc: @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle
-
Hi @Toanne Termeer were you able to figure out something for this? I am dealing with a similar requirement and was wondering if there's a workaround possible.
-
^ an extended requirement here is to allow the employee (in that role) to access any transaction that has that location tagged - the location could be tagged at the line level or the header level. Now, NetSuite would prevent the user from opening a transaction where even one value for the location differs to something…
-
PS - I was able to acheive thsi using a saved report. So I had to customize a P&L report specifically for that custom role and apply Location (own and subordinate) restriction to the role. Am I able to see the native P&L report instead for the role?

@Micah Timbol-Oracle if the employees use a company credit card to pay expenses, i.e., amounts on expense reports are non-reimbursable, does that mean payments don't need to be generated for such expense reports?
-
thank you @Micah Timbol-Oracle
-
Option A
-
@Micah Timbol-Oracle but the tax % does exist. Its just that we are not calculating the taxes on top of the final amount but instead the final amount is supposed to include the taxes - so NS just shows the breakdown of tax on the tax line as per the tax code but the amount entered does not change
-
@Micah Timbol-Oracle where can i enter the 'net tax amount to be reimbursed' on the sublist?
-
@Veronica Steluta-Oracle thank you for your response! My requirement was to be able to send emails for Invoices only and that too only for a set of specific customers - there is no criteria but rather a specific list of names. I am hoping I should be able to achieve this by setting the preference on the customer page AND…

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle any SuiteApps that can help capture System-level changes?
-
@Tigran Shahnazaryan thank you! Is it possible to see a custom record (that looks like a sublist) under this custom tab? Something like this -
-
@Tigran Shahnazaryan this looks great!! Thank you so much!! Can you list your steps briefly? I have been trying to customise the Project Template form and expose tabs but they don't show on the project template record
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle thank you for this! but i would absolutely need the Transaction number on the report. Is there a way to get that?
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle yes thank you! I was able to see the transactions by adjusting the date filter. Furthermore, I want to see the total amount recognized per transaction upto a certain period in the past. Is there a report that can get me this information?
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle i was able to access the records by adjusting view on my sublist - i have mentioned that in my question description too. I was unable to delete the question (as i figured out the solution shortly after posting the question wasn't really needed anymore) Thanks though @Tigran Shahnazaryan
-
@Tigran Shahnazaryan I am currently using Fixed Fee, Milestone Billing. To be more specific - is there a way to chose/attach a specific project task or milestone on a line on the project Sales Order/Invoice. Like how we can associate a Project Task on a Purchase Order/Vendor Bill line item.
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle i was able to see the amount under WBS Actual cost when i mapped an 'Expense' account to Project Exp Type (Regular) and an 'Accounts Payable' account to Project Cost Variance account! I think it would be worth documenting the account type mappings on a SuiteAnswer
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle I was able to make this work! Scenario - Project Billing Type = Fixed Bid, Milestone Sales Order contains a mix of Inventory Items and Service based Items. Steps followed - 1. Create Project 2. Create Milestones, Billing schedule (Milestone Billing) [Note - DON'T add a billing item] 3. Create SO…
