@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Is there a way to make this work with a Sales Order that has both Inventory and Service items? We DO NOT need time entries on project

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle This is noted, thank you! Is there a way to make this work with a Sales Order that has both Inventory and Service items? My client does not require time entries on project and invoices on the basis of milestones - so charge based is not suited. They also need to track fulfillment of inventory items…

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle sorry, my client doesn't want to calculate ETC labor cost manually everytime

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle I am aware of this already! My concern is that on the WBS Budget, this Cost does not pull Override Cost ($9) from the project
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle yes. I added the service item on the Sales Order but left the billing item empty on the project since there were multiple items that went into the Sales Order
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle yes, actually, I was able to figure out that the billing item will get pulled. But my question is what if the Sales Order has multiple items? What if its a combination of Inventory and service-based items?

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle yes! For now it does. Thank you :)

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle thank you for your response but I am not using Charge-based billing, its Fixed-bid milestone billing. Can you please let me know if its still feasible?

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle like the one in your screenshot!

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle thank you for your prompt response! Is there a workaround meanwhile?

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle there you go -

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle thank you! I appreciate your help. Would you be doing that or should i proceed with case filing? Let me know if you need anything from my end!
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle yes it does say that but only brings the last line. Infact, I just tried copying over a different WBS template with just 2 line items, it still brings over just the last line. Would you know what could be causing this? Have you experienced/heard of such a thing before?

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle thank you for your response! About my first point - so i created a WBS template which has about 200 line items. When i am trying to apply this WBS template to a new project, the new WBS on that project picks up only the last line from the WBS template (which has 200 line items). My client is in the…
